This privacy policy covers Brandhouse/Subseros systems and practices in relation to our Ad Serving systems and CDN-hosting platforms (so e.g. not our corporate website).

These systems cover the following domain names:
  • subserohost.com
  • bannerassets.subserhost.com
  • track.subserohost.com

Collected data and its purpose

We only collect data for reporting and fraud detection in relation our ad serving activities. No directly personally identifiable information is collected.
We may collect the following:
  • IP-address
  • Domain where request was served
  • Name of Ad that was served
  • Time and date
  • Device user agent (only for aggregated device statistics, not for fingerprinting).

Data exchange

We will never sell or redistribute the data to third parties. Some third-parties may see aggregates of the data for reporting purposes.

How do we store and transfer our data?

The data is stored in EU datacenter only. They may transit through non-EU data centers for the purpose of abuse prevention and DDOS mitigation (Cloudflare at the moment - which is covered by Privacy Shield).

Cookies and other device storage

We do not set cookies or store any other type of information on your device.

Opt-out of impression/click tracking

We only track anomymous logs of clicks and impressions, and never track you across banners, browser or devices. But should you wish to opt out of this tracking, click the button below. This will set a cookie in your browser, which our banners wil respsect - the cookie has a 720 day lifetime.

Your browser is opted out from tracking by our ad systems.

Accessing or deleting your data

Since we do not have any personally identifiable information we cannot provide you with the right to acccess or erasure. But should you have questions e.g. on a specific IP-address, feel free to contact us using the contact info below.

We are TCF v2.0 IAB approved vendor (vendor ID 1129)
We are approved "Creative Agency CDN" Google Ad Manager vendor (vendor ID 5306).
We are approved for Google AdX RTB (previously DoubleClick Ad Exchange) (provider ID 3319)
